Updates to our digital mortgage application
At LiveMore Capital, our goal is to put the customer first in everything we do; ensuring our website and digital tools are as easy and efficient to use as possible is one way that we aim to do this.
We appreciate that filling out a mortgage application takes time, as information is required across a number of areas, not least relating to the applicant’s income and property details. With this in mind, we have updated our online mortgage application process to make it even easier for brokers to navigate through the entire form at any time and to see what is needed at each stage to complete the application. This reduces the time spent going back and forth with clients, as brokers can see straight off what information is required. It is also easy to move between sections during the process.
Save as you go
Our new fixed navigation shows every section of the application, along with indicators of the progress made. For example, ‘completed’ or ‘in progress’ will be highlighted for each section. This is clear to see on one screen, so brokers know exactly where they are in the process. There is no need to stop half-way through the application while they wait for their client’s input on a specific section. A ‘partial save’ option is available throughout the process, allowing the broker to pause and come back to a section at any point without needing to start again, saving both time and effort.
At LiveMore Capital, we continuously gather data on our application process and plan to use this to make frequent improvements. We will use analytical data tools to focus on the sections where brokers are spending the most time or require further information from clients – and plan to improve our navigation to reduce the time spent on these sections.
The recent improvements made to our digital mortgage application process will save brokers and their underlying clients vital time and effort – but the progress won’t stop there. We will continue to work to make sure we have the most user-friendly and efficient application process in the market.

To launch as a new lender is tough enough, but to launch one during a period of prolonged COVID disruption is something else - but we did it! Here we take a look back over our year.
