Reporting to the Head of Marketing and as a member of the Sales & Marketing Team, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for helping the business to deliver its annual business plan and marketing goals, whilst maximising our relationships with our network partners.
- Provide top level support to the Head of Marketing, making recommendations and contributing to overall marketing plans as well as supporting delivery of marketing activity
- Build and own relationships with our network partners through regular meetings to plan, devise and execution partnership campaigns.
- Assist in the creation, review and execution of all marketing creative and marketing material (advertising materials, webinar decks and digital creative)
- Input into the quarterly network marketing plans
- Manage assigned marketing projects
- Ensure tracking and reporting is in place for digital activity, using the output from this to drive efficiencies and improve effectiveness of future campaigns
- Create reports and presentations to communicate plans and demonstrate delivery when required
- Manage and plan the delivery of our marketing collateral, including email marketing campaigns, monthly newsletters and webinar activity.
- Ability to write engaging, creative and SEO optimised content for our website, PR and social media.
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases and reactive statements to targeted media when required.

The leadership team is exceptional, and they are now looking to add the next layer of value creators with the appointment of a new Group Accountant.

The opportunity to offer mainstream mortgages to customers aged 55+ was opened up by the FCA in 2018 when they permitted a new class of interest only mortgage, known as a Retirement Interest Only (RIO) mortgage, that is only repayable upon death. RIOs unlocked the potential to access a vast market opportunity that can generate some £80 billion of new mortgage originations per year, an opportunity that is today very poorly served by existing financial providers.
LiveMore Capital was formed in 2018 as a specialist lender focused on this opportunity and launched products to the market mid-year 2020, despite the pandemic. LiveMore has captured interest among intermediaries and end customers with rapidly growing completions and mortgage originations.
